AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Cultivating Leadership. Inspiring Growth. Strengthening Studio Culture.

What Is the MADA Ambassador Program?

The MADA Ambassador Program is a values-based leadership and mentorship opportunity for dedicated students who want to grow beyond dance technique. Open to dancers ages 11 and up, this program helps students become strong role models, classroom mentors, expand their dance knowledge and develop future leaders—both in and out of the studio.

Structured across two levels—Junior Assistants (ages 11–13) and Assistants (ages 14+)—Ambassadors are chosen for their character, dependability, and heart to serve. This is a guided, volunteer-based program focused on leadership development and personal growth.

Weekly Commitment

Participants assist 1–2 classes per week during the season (classes assigned based on availability and experience).
Please note: Ambassadors cannot have a conflicting class during their assigned assistant times.
